Return Policy
Returns
Items purchased from our website may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 21 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise noted on the product page. All returned items must be in new condition with all original packaging included.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA number). This RA number must be clearly marked on the return package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Certain items may have specific return policies or may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
